| Community Leaders | Xanadu has four community leaders, who take care of the general direction of the entire community. They constantly evaluate new games, to find out if these games fit into the Xanadu concept and decide if new titles are supported by the community. Ultimately the community leaders have full authority over game divisions and all members, however this privilege is normally not invoked.
| Grim is the Xanadu figurehead leader and the longest serving community member having been part of the original Xanadu counterstrike team back in 1998. He brought members of that community to Planetarion in 1999 and from there the ranks swelled into the many regulars you see today. Renowned for his long speeches he helped build up and maintain Eve, specifically specialising in Commercial Enterprise.
| Sastul's main area of expertise lies within diplomacy and is probably the main contact for inter-community relations. During critical phases of games, he also helps with recruitment strategies and procedures. He joined Xanadu during the early days of Planetarion, moved to EVE and helped to build up the Everquest 2 division in its early stage.
| Shiva is currently the game leader of VG. His main skill is to organize and maintain in game procedures of all kinds. He participates in all community work with his focus on our bigger community goals and overseeing the progression of our public site and public presence. Shiva joined during mid stage of Planetarion, followed to EVE for a short time and then focused on setting up the EQ2 division since that beta. In January 2007 then, he created the Xanadu Guild in Vanguard.
| Zip is the head of recruitment as well as being in charge of personnel within Xanadu. If you have anything to ask about your membership or conduct within Xanadu, zip is the person you need to see (if your game leader cannot help). Since zip is from USA, site mails are an effective way to contact her. Zip joined during the early days of Planetarion, focused on EVE and followed to play EQ2.

| Community Officers | Xanadu community officers' main responsibility is support, setting up new boards or IRC channels, sort problems with login, and any other thing that is technically related to Xanadu services. Furthermore they build an additional communication link between members, all kinds of issues within the community and the community leaders and supporting the Game Leaders with any needs they may have
| FunGuy is our expert day to day admin for the Xanadu server dealing with IRC and forum access or new requests for all games. FunGuy generally makes sure everything is going smooth everywhere. He is also the secretary and organizer for Xanadu Community meetings. Funguy joined mid Planetarion time, focused on EVE later and then moved to EQ2, VG and AoC. He is currently playing EVE & AoC
| Briza is our resident Game expert providing support in all the games she plays to the game leaders both with her knowledge and experience. Briza has assisted with the running of EQ2 from early into Xanadu's presence in the game and has followed this up with supporting the setup of Vanguard and was the Leader of Age of Conan during setup until the guild was organised enough to allow someone else to step in and run it full time. She currently plays AoC and VG.

| Technical Staff | Currently one Admin, he has full control over the Xanadu servers, maintains the services and continues to develop the website. If there are tricky problems or bugs he is the person to talk to.
| DarkEvil is our private website designer, programmer and server admin. He is in charge of all services on the site including IRC, TS, XanRadio and any game servers we currently have running. All credits for developing the services go to him!

| Game Leaders | The game leaders organise Xanadu within their games. While each game will have it's own rules and feel the game leaders are tasked to make sure that it still upholds the Xanadu Values. They are the first point of contact when dealing with issues relating to an individual games and have the full trust of the Xanadu High Command
| Siddartus was a long time EQ2 member before taking over from Shiva when Shiva was setting up Xanadu in Vanguard. With stiff competition on the server and a greatly reduced membership due to members transferring to VG, Siddartus has done exceedingly well to bring Xanadu back to the #1 raiding guild on the Runnyeye Server and one of the top raiding guilds worldwide.
| As one of the High Command Shiva is one of the longest term members of the community. After successfully leading Xanadu as the #1 raiding guild on Runnyeye Server in EQ2 for a number of years he turned his attention to Vanguard and is now having similar successes on Halgar Server.
