I eat alot of curry/hot food.
Once it hits a mark it always will be pain and nothing more so its pointless. A good curry will build in intensity as that is the point of the cooking, the way it releases the heat
oh and dont forget to chew if you eat those uber hot dishes - the reason you get a sore bum after a very hot dish is that the capsaicin hasn't been chewed into the mouth so it settles in your belly and then tears you a new one as it exits.
The hottest dish i ever had is Jamaican jerk Chicken - now i dont know what sauce they used in this place i was in but it literally blew my head off when i was eating and my lower cheeks apart the next day..Oh and i spent the entire night between sweating and thinking that my throat was so swollen i was having an allergy. They can fuck you up in the Windies with spices for sure. Seriously hot shit. |
