Angnus Date: 2005-02-27 11:51 Views: 3979 Thread Starter	We proceeded to down a number of 4x mobs this week with 3 groups along with other 2x on the menu. We decided to go on a field trip in Feerrott at the beginning of last week , after struggling our way through several lizardmen , mosqitoes, manticores and some bizarre-looking trolls. At the end of our journey we found a overgrown plant (Acrimonia) and some Golem who thought he was the boss. But lets skip the story and get to the mobs and this weeks loot! First target : Vaz'Gok the Cursed .... cursed no more. The loot! Grats Heebo on new 80's shiny shoulders. And a couple of hats, belt , bucker ..largely unremarkable loot. Rares: Ebon , Figwart and 2x Rubies. Grats winners. Also we found Acrimonia standing around flashing her shiny petals. Of course she did not look this pretty but my iconic representation is all I can come up with atm. (noone took pics!) The loot! Congratulation Briza! Also some rare pelts dropped and were added to our massive collection of leather bikinis. (Ask Finnster for modelling show) Moving on! After sweating our asses off in the damp jungle of Ferrott we decided it was time to cool down our blood and get away from the Mosquitoes. In the cold mountains of Everfrost, on our journeys there we found a large sparkly gem in the snow. As we tried to collect this gem a mighty beast came crashing through the ice to kill us! We tried to hold them back but in the end the inner animal came through and The Kra'thuk had to face ....our inner beasts! Introducing Xanadu Zoo: The result was terrible, I hear rumors of people still finding pieces of him all over Everfrost! After his death we returned to our former selves and picked up the loot: Grats Vilion on new forearms , tho not as shiny as Heebo's shoulders. Also we had ebon and pelt rare along with some crappy sword. After freezing our asses off in Everfrost we decided to heat them back up again in Lavastorm. And get our cheeks pink again. On our adventures there we saw Solusek's Fist and to follow our motto: Veni, vidi, vici. We killed him. Loots! Grats Sondrax! Also got a nice ring , knuckles and boots but not worthy of showing. We then continued into the darkness of The mines of Mori errr Solusek's eye as we heard rumors of the Hand of Calmera to be up! After clearing for ages we finnaly got to the Hand of Calmera and guess what! It is not a hand , it was a golem What we were expecting to see was this! What we got was this! This is one of the hardest 2x encounters we have engaged and it did not even drop a master chest , so no loots linked for this. After finishing these we decided to try out some of the new epic instanced zones. Mainly CL and TS ones. We started off with the one in TS, and to our suprise we had to fight a giant in nappies and a fishing rod of sticking. Our first try resulted in Nukh wearing said fishing rod in an unspeakable place! Enraged by that we decided enough was enough and simply killed him and his little fish! And the smell of the delicious fish once again brought forth Xana-Zoo! Loot! Grats Kharrr!!! Also got some semi-core legs Grats Aredisil , and yet more pelts for our bikinis. (Nukh also offering to model some of these if Logaras can afford the drycleaning) We then moved on to CL to kill THE King himself. (Tho what he is King of is unknown at this time) But shortly after his death Kharrr and Angnus took over the shield. Loot! Grats Kharrr and Angnus. Also got us some rubies , ebon and more pelts for the bikinis! Thats it for this week. More to come as we go, Vox and Venekor better watch their backs as our list of targets gets smaller by the day!
