on january 4th Xanadu finally managed to beat Godking Anuk in the Fountain of Life to complete the peacock quest series and recieve our new epics!
The way there was long and painful: we started farming those eyes in silent city back in october. untill we had the first set ready to enter the inner temple we were farming that SC raid area up and down for 52 hours. First attempts on captain anashite (the name speaks for himself) took place in the first week of november. 6 more evenings inside the fountain of life followed, inlucding the zone crashing, arguments with GMs, dissapointments over encounters that require a roster far away from what was considered "uber" pre-dof. ppl left over this dissapointment, we recruited, ppl left again, we recruited... but finally all the work and waiting paid off!

what else is going on? well we are working our way through the last undefeated content to get that done before SoE launches its next expansion Kingdom of Sky on feb 21st and we have to grind again
unfortunately most unbeat things require SoE to first beat evil mr. bug and his sister mrs. unbalanced (pedestal of sky hello!?) so we keep crossing our fingers - think i've said that a week after DoF launched already.
